Please welcome to the district our new Assistant Superintendent, Marco Famiglietti.
A Letter from the Superintendent:
Dear Clinton Public School Staff and Community:

I am very pleased to introduce Mr. Marco Famiglietti as the new Assistant Superintendent for Clinton Public Schools.  Mr. Famiglietti was selected from a highly competitive pool of candidates by a committee made up of teachers, administrators, support staff, parents, and Board of Education members.  He was appointed to the position by the full Board of Education at its regular meeting on Monday, July 18th.

Mr. Famiglietti has a strong teaching and leadership background, and comes to us from Avon Public Schools, where he was the middle school principal for the past 10 years.  He has broad knowledge and experience in the areas of building leadership, teaching and learning, and administrative and instructional technology.  He possesses strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to engaging people in a collaborative approach towards continuous improvement.  He brings to our Clinton community experience, energy, dedication, and a commitment to educating all children and advancing our mission to "prepare independent and collaborative learners empowered to embrace the future."

I am thrilled to have Mr. Famiglietti join the Clinton administrative team and look forward to working together to continue to develop and support the quality work that our teachers and administrators have committed to on behalf of the children of Clinton.

Mr. Famiglietti will be starting his new position on August 22, 2016.   I hope that all of you will join me in welcoming him to our school community.
