When to Keep Your Child Home
In order to protect the health of all students and staff, we ask
parents/guardians to keep their children home when they are ill.
The following link will provide infor
mation on when children must stay home from school and when the school nurse will call parent/guardian if a student becomes ill at school and needs to be picked up.     Guidelines for illness at home and at school

Immunization Requirements
Please consult your child's pediatrician to be sure your child has
received all required immunizations.

Physical Exams
Students entering Kindergarten, Grade 7 and Grade 11 are required to have a Physical Exam.  The exam must be completed and submitted on the blue State of Connecticut Health Assessment Record form.

Health Insurance - Access Health CT

Sports Physicals
A current physical form  (State of Connecticut Health Assessment Record) is required every 13 months in order to to try out for or participate in any sports
