Destruction of Records

The Special Services Department of the Clinton Public Schools in accordance with the Connecticut General Statues has approval from the State of Connecticut to destroy Confidential Records of Special Education and 504 students who have graduated from The Morgan School as of 2012.


Confidential records must be maintained for a period of six (6) years from the date of graduation.  Any parent/guardian of/or student who has graduated as of 2012 may request their records by calling the Special Services office at 860-664-6505.  Arrangements must be made by  October 1, 2018, as the records will be destroyed on October 15, 2018.
