Welcome to a New School Year at Eliot!

On behalf of our entire faculty and staff, welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! Whether your family is returning to familiar hallways or joining our Eliot community for the very first time, we are so glad you are here!

Important Details from Week One

  • Drop-Off & Pick-Up: To help arrival and dismissal run smoothly and safely, please take a moment to review our routines on the school website under the Resources tab.

  • School Supplies: Grade-level supply lists are posted on our website if you need to double-check any additional items that may still be needed for your child.

  • Forms & Verification: Please check your child’s folder for essential back-to-school paperwork. Filling these out and returning them with your child helps us keep emergency contacts and records up to date.

Staying Connected

Strong communication between home and school is at the heart of a successful year. You can look forward to receiving this newsletter every Friday with important updates, upcoming events, and highlights of the amazing work our students are doing.

  • Save the Date — Open House: We can’t wait to see you in person! Please join us for our Annual Open House this Thursday, September 3rd, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. You will have the opportunity to walk your child’s schedule, tour the building, and meet our wonderful teachers.

Thank you for your trust, partnership, and enthusiasm as we launch into this new school year together. Enjoy a wonderful, restful weekend.

Husky Training Camp

Eliot Middle School officially welcomed our new 5th graders to the building at Husky Training Camp on August 18th! They spent the morning touring the building, meeting their new administrative team and teachers, and discovering what it truly means to be a Husky. Parents also joined us for an informative transition session packed with tools to ensure a smooth start to the middle school journey. We couldn't be more excited to have our newest Huskies in the pack!

Welcome Back!
