Appointment of New Assistant Principal for Joel Elementary School

We are pleased to share that at last night’s Board of Education meeting, Mr. Aaron Reich was appointed as the new Assistant Principal of Joel Elementary School!

Aaron brings nearly 20 years of experience in education, having served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, Interim Principal, and Interim Assistant Principal. He was selected from a highly competitive pool of more than 100 applicants.

Throughout the selection process, Aaron stood out for his student-centered approach, commitment to building strong relationships, and collaborative leadership style. We are confident that his experience and dedication to students and families will make him a wonderful addition to the Joel School community.

Aaron will begin his new role later this week and is pictured here with Joel Principal Teresa Gingrave.
