Welcome to Clinton Public Schools Parent Square Overview

Dear Staff and Families,

We are pleased to announce that we are officially launching ParentSquare for Clinton Public Schools. This will be our new "all-in-one" spot for school news, district websites, newsletters, and emergency alerts.

Why ParentSquare?

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to stay connected with our schools. ParentSquare is a simple, user-friendly tool that brings all our communication together in one place. Key features include:

• Choice of Contact: You can choose to receive updates via email, SMS text message, or through the ParentSquare app.

• Language Translation: You can send and receive messages in your preferred language with real-time translation.

• Simple Sign-Ups: Sign up for parent-teacher conferences right from your phone.

• Stay Organized: Access school calendars and flyers without digging through your inbox.

Signing Up for ParentSquare

ParentSquare is designed to keep parents informed and facilitate participation at school. It provides a safe way for the school principal, teachers, staff, and parents/guardians to:

• Send and receive school and class information

• See calendar items

• Stay up to date on events

• Sign up for Parent/Teacher conferences

• and much more . . . all in one centralized place!

How to Register:

On the app, enter your email or cell phone number. It should match what is in the school's information system or database.

On the web, click Sign In, then under Register, put your email or phone number and click Go.

If the email or phone number is not recognized by ParentSquare, parents can follow directions to request access or call the school office and ask them to update the contact information.

Resources

On our website, we have created a ParentSquare resource page that will aid in instructing how to set up your account. This page has tutorial videos along with frequently asked questions. At any time, the Help & Support question mark in the top right corner of the platform can help answer most of your questions.

If You Already Use ParentSquare

If you already have a ParentSquare account—perhaps because you work in another school district or have children in a neighboring town—you will be able to add Clinton Public Schools to your existing account.
