Athletics Registration Information

This is a reminder that Athletic Registration for Eliot Middle School (for all seasons) is open. Clinton Public Schools now uses FinalForms for online forms and registration. Click here to register for sports. Please make sure to register as soon as possible to allow ample time for our Nursing staff to review and approve physicals for participation. All athletes must be registered and approved to be able to participate in pre-season tryouts/practices.

Fall Start Dates for Eliot Sports: August 27, 2026- head coaches will have sport specific information

All athletes must have an updated physical on file with the school (within 13 months). If you need to submit a physical for approval, please upload a copy to your Final Forms account or drop a copy off to the Eliot Main Office.

We will be holding our annual Sports Information Session on Thursday, August 13th at 4pm in the Morgan Auditorium. Fall Sports Specific Breakout sessions/parents meetings will be part of the sports night.
