REPORTING STUDENT ABSENCES...

If your student will be absent from school, arriving late, or leaving early, please contact the main office to update their attendance.

VISITING MORGAN...

In an effort to ensure the safety of all, Morgan visitors are required to scan a valid driver's license or state/country-issued ID at the kiosk in the entry and receive a visitor's badge prior to entering the main office. Those arriving without the required identification may experience a delay of entry.

Senior Postsecondary Planning Lessons

School counselors recently visited senior English classes to guide students through the postsecondary planning process. During the interactive lesson, seniors collaborated on actionable steps, shared their experiences, and completed initial planning tasks. Counselors clarified key details to ensure students feel confident navigating their options.

Morgan Musical

During Advisory on Thursday, interested students attended an informational meeting for this year's musical and welcomed our new Musical Director, Maria Lonetti.

Senior Website 
We put together a website with information and resources to help you work through fall tasks. This has everything you need to learn about taking the next steps. Filling out the Common App and wondering how to approach a question? Check the senior website for the answer. Looking for resources for joining the military? Check out the senior website for a list of links. Take a look when you get a chance here. Students can now sign up for their senior planning meeting through the links on this page. 

Senior Parents Morning Meeting Kickoff 
Tuesday, Sept 15 – 7:45 am – Morgan Learning Commons
Attend a presentation about the postsecondary planning process. Topics covered include 2 & 4 year college application process, military and trades, & financial aid. RSVP here

Financial Aid Workshop
Thursday, September 17 - 5:30 pm - Morgan Auditorium
Speakers from the Wesleyan Financial Aid office will provide valuable information about the financial aid process. Support for the FAFSA will be offered throughout the year on Oct. 7, Nov. 4, Dec. 9, Jan. 6, and Feb. 10. RSVP here.

College admissions representatives are visiting Morgan throughout the fall. Students can review the full visit calendar here and register to attend in Naviance.

Study Hall in Clinton is offering SAT prep sessions throughout the year. This is a great opportunity for juniors to gear up for the spring SAT. 
  • Dates: Mondays, September 21st – April 5th
  • Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Location: 153 Glenwood Rd, Clinton, CT
  • Tuition: $595.00 total (includes official SAT prep book)
  • Financial Aid: Available upon request to ensure access for all interested students
