Our Special Services Department is dedicated to ensuring that students with disabilities receive a free and appropriate public education (FAPE) tailored to their unique needs.

The Special Services Department of the Clinton Public Schools in accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes has approval from the State of Connecticut to destroy Confidential Records of Special Education and 504 students who have graduated from The Morgan School as of 2017.
Confidential records must be maintained for a period of six (6) years from the date of graduation. Any parent/guardian of/or student who has graduated as of 2018 may request their records by calling the Special Services office at 860-664-6505. Arrangements must be made by January 5, 2025, as the records will be destroyed on January 19, 2025.
